H-MBRU product adopts arrayed corrugated membrane as its core components, which occupies very limited area, consumes less energy compared with traditional products, has highly anti-impact performance, and simple maintenance procedures.
Product Features:
High Permeation Quality: apertures of membrane are evenly distributed that allows the membrane to have such a highly finess of filtration that the turbidity is less than 1NTU;
Low Operation Energy Consumption: seperated and uniform pass design, combined with transverse water collection technology to have a sweeping energy consumption for rated permeation as low as 0.08-0.12 kW●h/m3;
Highly Anti-pollutant Performance: the special corrugated structure enables the water to form torrential power for stronger shear, leaving no fur or hair in the unit;
Limited Occupancy Area: multiple layers structure that has a filling density up to 400m3/m2, and water retention time is shorter than 1h;
Long Life Expectancy: liner board structure, tensile strength is more than 1000N. The life expectancy can be as long as 5 years;
Simple Maintenance: membrane's highly frequent vibration can clean the sludge automatically, and cleaning procedure does not require the dismantle of the units.
