Beijing OriginWater Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. (BOW) is located by Yanxi Lake, in Huairou Scientific District. Founded in 2006, it is now covering an area of 50,000 m2, dedicated in water environment treatment, new water resource development, drinking water security and eco-system construction for the world. With the complete self-patented microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, BOW is entitled to be the corporation integrated with membrane material development, membrane equipment manufacturing and membrane process application.

BOW takes technology innovation as its major competitiveness and has a group of talents with International vision. There are over 1,000 employees, including over 400 R&D and technical staff, in which about 200 people are with doctoral, master degree and above. The company has established “National Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Center”, “Beijing Engineering Technology Research Center”, “Beijing Enterprise Technology Center”, “Post-doctoral Innovation Practice Base”, “Academician Expert Workshop”, and joint R&D centers respectively with Tsinghua University and University of New South Wales. The company owns over 200 patented technologies, which has filled many scientific blanks. BOW has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, the National Strategic Innovation Product, the National Key New Product, the China Patent Award and etc..

The company is one of the most complete and largest R&D manufacturing facilities of membranes and water filtration products in the world. The annual production capacity is 10 million m2 of MF/UF membrane, 6 million m2 of NF/RO membranes. BOW has built thousands of water treatment projects in the country, with a total treatment scale of 20 million tons per day, accounting for more than 70% of China's membrane water treatment market, and contributes about 7 billion of high-quality reclaimed water every year.
