OWUF (External Ultrafiltration Membrane Module)

THE OWUF (External Ultrafiltration Membrane Unit), breaking through the design of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration super-hydrophilic modification and new detachable structure and eliminating membrane fouling in the application process of ultrafiltration membrane, is featured with higher sewage interception and larger filtration area. Thus, the system is ensured to run stably for a long term. It is one of major achievements of water projects during “the 12fth Five-Year Plan”, and it has been awarded as the New Technology and New Product in Zhongguancun, the Beijing New Technology and New Product and etc. It has been successfully applied to the world’s largest Gaobeidian reclaimed water projects (1 million m3 /d), and becomes the milestone for ultrafiltration membrane unit applied to the reclaimed water field in China.

ICWT (Intelligent Compact Water Treatment System)

The ICWT (Intelligent Compact Wastewater Treatment System), the integrated compact Wastewater treatment equipment developed by OriginWater for point source wastewater, is applicable to the treatment of small and medium-sized dispersed sewage and similar industrial wastewater. In order to meet different demands, ICWT can be integrated with any basic modules or a variety of processes. There are ICWT-A, ICWT-B and ICWT-T types of products. The product has been awarded with the First Prize of Science and Technology of Membrane Industry Association of China, the Zhongguancun New Technology and New Product, the Single Champion Product In Manufacturing Industry, the Beijing New Technology and New Product, the Beijing National Product as well as ten more patents.

MBR-E, the newly developed suspended save membrane bioreactor frame is the core product that enables MBR technology to further reduce energy consumption. It adopts the patented trough gas collecting pulse aeration technology and three-position water collecting technology, which make the purging energy consumption lower; the interactive high-shear aeration structure is highly fouling resistant; the special internal structure of the unit does not require big hydraulic circulation to make the filling density of the membrane tank higher; the hanging structure is easy to install and makes the frame widely applied.
