FLM-ULP8040-SCLE(400)is a semiconductor RO membrane module adapting the latest materials and technologies with high salt rejection, high flux, excellent chemical resistance, along with high TOC removal efficiency and low TOC leaching. The effective membrane area is 400 ft2, with a 34mil-LD differential pressure for feed spacer thickness. It ensures the strong fouling resistance and also provides outstanding recovery after chemical cleaning and maintains low energy consumption. This product features a broad cleaning pH range (pH 1-13), effectively addressing membrane module contamination. It can also withstand minor chlorine leakage incidents caused by operational errors within a certain range, thereby enhancing system safety. It achieves high water production at lower operating pressures, significantly reducing system costs. It is suitable for desalination of complex water sources like surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water with salt content up to 2,000 ppm, and is applied in the production of ultra-pure water across various industries such as electronics, semiconductors, food, and pharmaceuticals.
