THE OWUF (External Ultrafiltration Membrane Unit), breaking through the design of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration super-hydrophilic modification and new detachable structure and eliminating membrane fouling in the application process of ultrafiltration membrane, is featured with higher sewage interception and larger filtration area. Thus, the system is ensured to run stably for a long term. It is one of major achievements of water projects during “the 12fth Five-Year Plan”, and it has been awarded as the New Technology and New Product in Zhongguancun, the Beijing New Technology and New Product and etc. It has been successfully applied to the world’s largest Gaobeidian reclaimed water projects (1 million m3 /d), and becomes the milestone for ultrafiltration membrane unit applied to the reclaimed water field in China.
Product Features:
Excellent effluent quality: Narrow membrane pore size distribution, high filtration precision, effluent turbidity less than 0.5NTU;
Strong fouling resistance: Due to wide spacer structure, pulsating operation, special homogenized disk structure, circle structure in the unit and uniform water and air distribution, fouling can be effectively controlled; Low maintenance cost: Due to detachable structure, components can be recycled and the cost is saved;
Long service life: Due to new blending formulation and“3H”patent technology for membrane production, the life is more than 5 years.
