Fouling Resistant Compact 500D MBR Membrane Bioreactors for Decentralized Wastewater Treatment/Municipal Wastewater Treatment/Industrial Wastewater Treatment
MBR-E, the newly developed suspended save membrane bioreactor frame is the core product that enables MBR technology to further reduce energy consumption. It adopts the patented trough gas collecting pulse aeration technology and three-position water collecting technology, which make the purging energy consumption lower; the interactive high-shear aeration structure is highly fouling resistant; the special internal structure of the unit does not require big hydraulic circulation to make the filling density of the membrane tank higher; the hanging structure is easy to install and makes the frame widely applied.
Product Feartures:
High effluent quality: evenly distributed pores, high filtration accuracy, and effluent turbidity < 1 NTU.
Low operating energy consumption: trough gas collecting pulse aeration and three-position water collecting technology allow the unit purging energy consumption being about 0.1 kWh/m3.
Strong fouling resistant capability: special gradient shaped pore structure and an interactive high-shear aeration structure improves the fouling resistance and has a high chemical cleaning efficiency.
Small footprint: the loading density of the membrane tank is high as 350 m2/m2, and the HRT < 1 h.
Long service life: fiber-reinforced composite membrane technology makes the breaking stress of the fibers > 200 N, and the service life > 5 years.
Widely applied: the hanging structure is easy to install, suitable for a variety of membrane tank situations, and flexible in applications.
