FLM-ULP8040-FR(400)is a fouling resistance membrane module operating under ultra pressure adapting the latest materials and technologies featuring in high salt rejection, high flux, excellent chemical resistance. The effective membrane area is 400 ft2 with a 34mil-LD differential pressure for feed spacer thickness, providing not only strong fouling resistance but also effective recovery after chemical cleaning and low energy consumption. The product has a broad cleaning pH range (pH 1-13), allowing for rapid and effective resolution of membrane fouling issues. Additionally, it can withstand minor chlorine leakage incidents caused by operational errors within a certain range, thereby enhancing system safety. It achieves high flux at low operating pressures, significantly reducing the system costs. It is suitable for the production of ultra-pure water for the electronics industry, boiler feedwater for power plants, various industrial waters, beverage water, and multiple desalination applications including wastewater recycling.
