The Vibrated Membrane Bioreactor Unit developed by Beijing OriginWater Co., Ltd adopts mechanical drive to achieve reciprocating motion for the form of relative motion between water and membrane, which can effectively control the fouling and reduce the energy consumption at the same time. The product energy consumption is 70% less than that of aerated MBR units, which has broken through the technology bottelneck of MBR, laying a solid foundation for the development and promotion of MBR technology .
Product Features:
High Permeation Quality: high finess of membrane filtration, which turbidity is below 1NTU; no aeration in membrane tank, low total nitrogen content in permeated water;
Low Operation Energy Consumption: self-motivated anti-fouling, no wind blower; the vibration energy consumption for rated permeation ≤ 0.03 kW·h/m3 ;
Simple Maintenance: no hair left over and simple wash procedures;
Long Life Expectancy: fiber reinforced compound membrance manufacturing technology makes membrane tesnsil strength increased to 200N or above, prolonging the life expectancy up to 5 years or above;
Flexible Adjustment and Control: work frequency can be adjusted according to the site conditions;
Environment Friendly: No aeration noise at site.
