Membrane  Bioreactor  (MBR)  technology is  one  of  the  major technologies in implementing the strategies of "energy saving and emission reduction" and "wastewater recycling". The newly devel- oped energy-saving membrane bioreactor is the core product to the MBR technology to further reduce energy consumption. The prod- uct is entitled with the "Individual Manufacturing Champion Prod-uct" and has won the second prize of National Science and Tech- nology Progress Award.


Product features:

The 5 advantages of energy-saving membrane bioreactor (S  -  MBRU),  which  are  energy  saving,  longer  life  time, high fouling resistance, high loading and high flux.

1. Pulse  aeration  of  trough  gas  collection,  high energy saving, gas-water ratio as low as 5:1

The   big   strong   bubbling   aeration   brushes   off sludge captured on membrane surface by sequen- tial  pulse  physical  features,  which  saves  50%  of the energy comparing with conventional perforated tube aeration technology.

2. A special pore structure of hollow fibers,  life time is as long as 10 years

Adopted  with  a  new  membrane  manufacturing technology to form a unique gradient pore struc- ture of hollow fibers;

The  self-developed  membrane  is  featured with  high  porosity  and  evenly  distributed pores  to  allow  the  fibers  to  be  high  flux, fouling  resistant  and  oxidative resistant;

The  world's  leading  technology  of  woven reinforced  layer  with  the  fracture  stress of   over   300N   allows   with   longer   life time

3. Tolerant and resistant to fouling, less hair captured

Automatic  comb  and  high-efficient  align  fibers to  increase  fouling  resistance  and  to  have  less hair  captured;

Three-point  water  collection  system  to  improve the  uniformity  of  water  distribution  and  enhance fouling  resistant  capability

4. Big  loading,  easy  maintenance,  no  offline cleaning, self -adaptive leveling

The   unit   is   featured   with   high   loading density,  so  smaller  footprint  is  needed;

Simple   structure   design   of   module   and unit,   free   of   offline   cleaning   and   easy maintain;

The  independent  development  of  structure design  allows  unit  to  self  adjust  the  level- ness  properly,  meanwhile,  the  trough  gas collection  minimizes  the  influence  of  lev- elness  on  the  aeration  uniformity
