Hollowed Fiber Microfiltration Membrane Modular is the core component of MBRU(Membrane Bioreactor Unit), which is composed of the fiber reinforced filtration membrance developed by OriginWater independently. The primary feature of the membrane is its special cross-sectional structure that has gradient network and uniform surface pores distribution. The product was one of the significant achievements of "Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment" during China's "the 12the Five Year Plan", and had won the "Beijing Invention Patent Award and the China Patent Award" for its world class performance.
Product Features:
High effluent quality: Uniform membrane pore distribution, high filtration precision,effluent turbidity lower than 1NTU;
Strong fouling resistance: the special cross-sectional structure with gradient network and highly smooth membrane surface enables the membrane to be guarded by excellent anti-fouling performance, and easy to be cleaned and recovered;
Simple operation and maintenance: the excellent hydrophilicity by the blending modification technology ensures that the membrane can be preserved at dry state, and it is easy to be stored, transported, handled during cleaning and maintainance;
Long service life: the tensile strength of the membrane is more than 20N, and the life expectancy is more than 5 years owing to the membrane producing technology of fiber reinforced composite.
